Prelude to Terror |

Note: This plan was discovered by the relentless pursuit for the truth
by two analysts, Jaclyn Ross and "Patriot." Both
analysts have spent countless hours in the pursuit of the various terror
plots that exist today. Real terror threats...despite themselves being the
direct target of threats by plotters inside and outside of their
respective countries. Network analyst and associate director Jill St.
Claire has also contributed countless hours to uncover this plan.
Based on an analysis of various factors, it would appear that this plan is the final "exit strategy" of Yassar Arafat and his group of terrorists rather than being an imminent threat as initially . This does not preclude, however, the possibility of Arafat and his terrorist organization, in tandem with and supported by other Middle East terror groups, to launch such a plan given the appropriate circumstances. --Douglas J. November 2003; 1245 EST: Network analysts Joclyn Ross and
"Patriot" have uncovered what appears to be the "precursor
event" that will surely be the start terrorist activities beginning
in the Middle East and the United States. In a plan reminiscent of and
designed after the Reichstag fire of 1933 that propelled the
Nazi Party to power before WWII, a mix of terrorists, including those from
al Qaeda, Hamas and the Islamic movement within Israel appear to be in the
"execution phase" of attacking and/or destroying "their own" Mosque.
The current and most recent political and religious issues regarding the
Mosque notwithstanding, the attack on and the potential destruction of
this significant Muslim shrine is designed to enrage Muslims worldwide.
The plot to attack and likely destroy the Mosque by fundamentalist Islamic terrorists, then
placing the blame on the "Zionists and the Americans", if not
stopped in time, will be the platform from which all further retaliatory
strikes will be made. This is THE event that has been referenced in a
number of sermons, jihad posts, and other channels of communication that
will mark the call to jihad in the United States.
Based on a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of all of the evidence, thousands of communications, and numerous other sources, it would appear that an attack and the likely destruction of this Muslim sacred shrine is imminent. The appropriate federal authorities have been placed on notice; as of this writing, however, no response or even an acknowledgement has been received by this network Accordingly, we are presenting this evidence to the public forthwith. Selected supporting information is offered below. Evidence obtained by Network Analysts Jaclyn Ross & Patriot --Douglas J. We Hope Al-Aqsa Will Return to Muslims: Fahd P.K. Abdul Ghafour, Arab News StaffJEDDAH, 31 August 2003 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd yesterday expressed hope that Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem will one day return to Muslim control, in a keynote address at the opening session of the Supreme World Council for Mosques. “Saudi Arabia, which is honored to serve the two haram mosques, looks forward to the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque,” King Fahd said in his address to the conference. He highlighted the role of mosques in spreading peace and security in societies and promoting cooperation and piety among people. “The Kingdom supports the dissemination of the noble Islamic values by constructing mosques,” he added. The Saudi leader condemned all forms of terrorism and said terror networks were using misguided Muslim youths to further their interests. “By playing into the hands of terror networks, these youths have tarnished the image of Islam and Muslims and opened the door for smear campaigns,” the king said. King Fahd underscored the role of mosques in changing the present situation of the Muslim world by spreading the moderate teachings of Islam. However, he warned that those who “make trouble” in the country would be punished, in accordance with Shariah. The king commended the efforts of the Makkah-based Muslim World League, the organizer of the conference, in confronting the smear campaigns against Islam and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The conference was opened by Abdullah Al-Fayez, undersecretary at the Makkah governorate. Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Asheikh, who is chairman of MWL’s constituent council, said mosques must be used as a forum to spread good. Textbook Review In Riyadh, Islamic Affairs Minister Saleh Al-Asheikh stressed the need to revise university and school textbooks which “promote excessiveness.” He gave the Council of Dawa and Guidance a one month deadline to draw up a plan to combat excessiveness at mosques, dawa centers and Qur’anic schools. Saleh Al-Asheikh urged the council members to set out clear plans to confront extremism. “Authorities at universities, the Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques’ Affairs and other educational agencies are in need of revising some of the activities and syllabuses, because it has been observed that some textbooks of universities and schools under the Qur’an memorization societies and under the presidency contain material that promotes excessiveness,” the minister said. http://www.arabnews.com/?page=1§ion=0&article=31130&d=31&m=8&y=2003
Israel Says Will
Open al-Aqsa again for ‘Non Muslims’- Arafat Calls for Emergency
Summit of the Islamic Conference it comes to the terrorists.] Israeli Public Security Minister Tzachi Hanegbi Monday said that al-Aqsa Mosque compound would open “to Jews, tourists and non-Muslim pilgrims next week, even if there is no agreement with the Waqf,” thus vindicating again Palestinian President Yasser Arafat’s call last week for convening an emergency summit of the Islamic Confrence Organization. The Israeli anouncement prompted an angry response from the Waqf (Islamic trust). Adnan Al Husseini, manager of the Waqf, or Muslim religious trust, said the minister’s statement was “an unnecessary provocation.” He denied there was any agreement between the Waqf and the Israeli occupation police in east Jerusalem about allowing “Christian or Jewish” tourists onto the holy compound. “The Waqf is the only authority on the site and it will ultimately decide who can enter and who can leave.” The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said it knows nothing about plans to reopen the Muslims’ third holiest site to non-Muslim visitors. Just before the Hudna (cease-fire) took effect on June 29, Israeli police began allowing small groups of tourists, Jewish and Christian, onto the compound, which had been closed to non-Muslims by the waqf since the day after Ariel Sharon’s provcative visit in the fall of 2000, which led to the eruption of the Palestiian Intidada against the 36-year old Israeli occupation. But shortly later, Israeli police said they were halting the visits out of security concerns, particularly since several MPs from the right announced plans to visit the compound. Last Thursday, Likud MP Yehiel Hazan vowed to visit the site but was stopped by police. Police officers twice had to physically block the lawmaker from going up to the compound. On the heels of Hazan’s decision to visit the compound, the Waqf called on all Palestinians and Muslims in Israel to “protect the al-Aqsa from attempts of Jewish extremists to force their way into the compound.” Separately the southern West Bank city of Hebron remained under a tight closure Monday with Israeli military sources saying that the IOF imposed Sunday’s closure following warnings of a possible attack on the illegal Jewish settlers in the reoccupied city. The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) extended the closure of the Hebron’s university by another month. The university has not opened for the last six months. Witnesses said that the university’s administration planned to hold a graduation ceremony Monday, when the closure order was due to expire. Hundreds of graduates descended on the city center Monday and some even entered the university compound. The IOF Monday declared the Palestinian Hebron University a “closed military area” and placed look-outs on the roofs of surrounding houses and deployed a large number of troops. Meanwhile, IOF soldiers detained five Palestinians near the northern West Bank town of Jenin, Palestinian security sources said. The detainees, all from the town of Tubas, were taken by IOF jeeps into an unknown location after they were handcuffed and blindfolded, witnesses said. IOF also detained three Palestinians in the West Bank overnight, two of them near Ramallah and another near Jenin, Ha’aretz reported Tuesday. On Sunday the IOF detained teenagers Hussein Lutfi Hasan al-Nuri, 17, and Maizer Samir Abu el-Saud, 17, and his elder brother Ma’rouf near the northern West Bank city of Nablus. In another critical blow to the Hudna early Tuesday, at least two Israelis were killed and several others were wounded, when two separate explosions hit the Israeli town of Rosh Ha’ayin and the illegal Jewish settlement of “Ariel,” in the northern West Bank. The two attacks came after Palestinian Prime Minister Abbas warned Sunday that Israel should take the responsibility if the ceasefire collapses, because it has gone from killing to killing. The Israeli government of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon froze the “roadmap,” announced its determination to go ahead with building the Apartheid Separation Wall on occupied Palestinian Territories in the West Bank and moved to divert attention away from the implementation of the “roadmap” peace plan by warming up its northern front militarily. Earlier on Friday, IOF troops killed four Palestinians, two of them were Hamas activists, in two military incursions into an overcrowded refugee camp, near Nablus, and Jenin town, both in the northern West Bank. According to eyewitnesses, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), backed by armored vehicles, stormed Askar refugee camp, surrounded and shelled a civilian four-storey building, killing two Palestinians. Witnesses said that the IOF dynamited and destroyed the targeted building, conducted house-to-house searches, placed the area under curfew and barred access to ambulances. Following Israel’s continuous attacks, the Palestinian leadership warned Saturday that the Israeli flagrant violations of the Hudna (truce) is aimed at testing US and international reactions, and prove that Israel’s government of PM Sharon seeks to re-spark the cycle of violence and terrorism. “The government of (Israeli PM) Sharon is testing the international and the United States reactions in particular, in order to expand its aggression, continue its policy of assassinations, military incursions and siege (imposed on Palestinian territories by the Israeli Occupation Forces “IOF”), and to continue detaining more than ten thousand Palestinians,” the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) said in a statement released by the official news agency WAFA on Saturday. The Israeli deadly violations aim at “undermining the roadmap plan,” the PLO executives added following a meeting chaired by President Arafat in his battered headquarters in the Israeli-reoccupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Date: Sat urday, 20 September 2003 10:49 am30,000 attend Islamic Movement-Northern Branch rally By Yair Ettinger and Omer Barak, Haaretz Correspondents Islamic Movement deputy Sheikh Kamal Khatib told 30,000 people gathered at a packed Umm al-Fahm stadium Friday evening that the Al Aqsa mosque was "under attack." Khatib was the keynote speaker at the Islamic Movement-Northern Branch annual rally, aimed at restarting the public campaign against the criminal proceedings its leader, Sheikh Ra'ad Salah, and four senior members are currently facing. "all these years we've been saying that Al Aqsa (mosque) was in danger, but Al Aqsa is under attack. Al Aqsa is in the process of turning into a synagogue. Al Aqsa is not a matter for negotiation tactics nor for diplomacy. Al Aqsa belongs - exclusively - to Muslims and to Muslims alone" Khatib said. The other speakers criticized Israel's decision to "remove" Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat, the "chosen leader of the Palestinian people," and slammed the arrest of Islamic Movement leader Salah as politically motivated. Sheikh Abd A-Rahmin, the spokesman for the movement said that recently voices were also being heard in the Jewish sector against the arrest. Khatib added that he saw Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon laying flowers on the grave of Mahatma Gandhi (during his official visit to India) who was a symbol of tolerance and non-violence, and that Gandhi must be turning in his grave. Khatib mentioned the Or report (the government-appointed committee that looked into the October 2000 events in which 12 Israeli-Arabs and one Palestinian were killed in violent clashes with police) saying "what is the meaning of the committee's recommendations when Sharon decides to set up (another) committee to examine the recommendations? and who is on the committee? (Tzachi) Hanegbi, (Effi) Eitam and Gideon Ezra, what then will become of the recommendations of the Or Committee?" At the central event of "international solidarity day for Al Aqsa prisoners," the Islamic Movement was expected to try and gain the public support of Arabs in Israel and around the world, just a few days before the five go on trial for funneling funds to the militant Hamas organization. The Movement's main challenge however will be mobilizing Israeli Arabs who are not supporters of the movement in the battle for Salah and friends. Posters and leaflets have been distributed in all Arab towns and villages in Israel and adverts have been placed in the community press. The Islamic Movement and the public committee for the release of the prisoners say that protests in recent months have attracted "disappointing" numbers. An urgent
invitation She destroyed mosques and churches and graves and tore the Holy Koran !!
