Unrestricted Search & Internet Profile: $75.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum payable in advance.  Legitimate purposes only. To initiate a search, a copy of the offending E-Mail message(s) must be furnished.  Information WILL BE SHARED with law enforcement officials as necessary.

Investigation into the background of a subject is performed by utilizing numerous computer data bases and other sources available to this agency. Areas of investigation include but are not limited to address histories, criminal records, civil filings, marriage records, previously reported workers' compensation injuries, professional licenses, and many other relevant facts pertaining to an individual. Research and investigation can be comprehensive and all encompassing or focused to a particular issue.

COURT TESTIMONY

 Agency investigators are well acquainted and experienced in providing court testimony to substantiate their investigation and surveillance findings. Investigators from this agency have testified in a number of venues, including preliminary hearings at a district magistrate level, workers' compensation hearings in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, New York Supreme Court, and even the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Rates for the professional services (to the general public) listed above are $65.00 per hour plus expenses where applicable. Unlike many other companies, there is no additional charge for the use of our equipment or the normal processing of videotape evidence. In instances where additional videotapes and/or photographs are requested, nominal charges apply to cover the cost for such requests. It is our philosophy to offer the best possible service at the most economical rate possible. We strive to maintain control of expenses in order to pass the savings to our clients.

Please note: A $1,000.00 retainer is required in ALL cases.

Primary Service Area

Pennsylvania primary service areas include areas encompassing the western third of the state, Western New York (east to the greater Rochester, NY area and south to the Pennsylvania border). Normal and customary travel expenses are not assessed on files handled in our primary service area.

We have handled cases in locations outside of our primary service area by special request for clients who find our services more efficient and economical than others who may be located in those areas. By request, we have performed our services throughout the eastern half of the country, from Vermont to Florida. Our service fees for such locations are individually assessed and made known in advance for proper consideration.
