New Audio Message From Osama Bin Laden

30 November 2003-- Network analysts have found reliable data that suggests a new "audiotape" is currently in the possession of one and perhaps two overseas news agencies. According to various communications being monitored on a number of jihad sites, the audiotape contains veiled references to new attacks against the west, and might be instructional in nature. The message was allegedly recorded during Ramadan, possibly near the end of the Islamic holiday. It also reportedly contains references made by bin Laden's terrorist cohort, al-Zawahir.
     We are currently reviewing the Arabic text of all postings on four-(4) Islamic sites in addition to captured text from "closed chat sessions" with three individuals (two reportedly from the U.A.E, one from an unnamed Middle Eastern country). It is not by coincidence that Al Jazeera remains mum on this matter. More as information will be posted as it is developed.
