VIA FAX to 202-278-2478 Re: Advocacy of Murder of Specific Individuals Via the Internet Dear Attorney General Ashcroft: I urgently bring to your attention an Internet web site that is, in violation of state and federal laws, advocating the murder of certain specific individuals, including former President Ronald Reagan. Here is the url: http://www.usqueers.com/commentary/die_soon.html This is clearly left-wing domestic terrorism which Justice and the FBI must move on immediately with a shut down of the site and an arrest of B. Allan Ross, who operates the site from San Diego. If immediate action is not taken, then there will be a legitimate concern about the FBI’s resolve to do something about domestic terrorists regardless of ideological bent. When I met you in Tallahassee back in January of this year, I adjudged you to be a fair man, and I said so on national television interviews. Please prove me right. Regards,
