The weaponized Department of Justice is far from being done arresting patriots who were present at the US Capitol building on January 6, 2021, or otherwise have spoken out against the stolen 2020 presidential election. As Julie Kelly told Steve Bannon, Biden’s Department of Justice and FBI are boasting that they criminally charged more than 1,000 people for their alleged involvement on January 6, 2021.
As reported by Bloomberg on March 15, 2023, and referenced by Ms. Kelly, a letter dated October 28, 2022, from US Attorney Matthew Graves to Chief Judge Beryl Howell, an additional 1,000 (or more) individuals could be charged with misdemeanors or felonies, or both, for their roles in the events at the US Capitol. The statute of limitations for most federal crimes is five years, meaning most Capitol attack defendants must be charged by January 6, 2026.
