Anyone with a few working brain cells and the intellectual honesty to look at incontrovertible facts can’t say it much better than Rep. James Comer: “Investigating the Bidens is like tracking a bleeding bear through a snowstorm. There’s evidence everywhere.” In the same spirit as the 1975 movie Jaws, I would add that should charges ever be filed, “we’re going to need a bigger printer.”
I certainly did not need my investigative training and decades of experience to look at the documentation, properly authenticated, to conclude that Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. (a/k/a Robert Peters, Robin Ware, JRB Ware), his son Hunter, and almost the entire Biden family are engaged in the largest influence peddling operation involving the executive branch our country has ever experienced. I should note that I’ve documented my research of the Biden laptop — I was given two copies by someone with peripheral ties to the Department of Justice in the weeks before the 2020 election — and written about my findings extensively and exclusively for The Wisconsin Christian News.
The Bidens have sold America out to our adversaries for their personal enrichment. Although too numerous to mention here, the benefactors include the governments and oligarchs in Russia (ironically), China, Ukraine (what a surprise), Romania, and other foreign interests. The results of the Biden influence peddling operation, combined with the mutton-headed Merrick Garland, the entrenched Communists inside the FBI, DoJ, and all branches of government (both parties), working in tandem with the compromised corporate media has made the world a much more dangerous place. The Uniparty swamp, led by the feckless, spineless, and most incompetent House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, has done nothing to protect the interests of Americans. They’ve violated their oaths to the US Constitution and should be removed from office.
Consider how far and fast the body politic in America has fallen.
On October 9, 1974, a woman named Annabel Battistella, better known as Fannie Fox, took an unscheduled romp in the Potomac River’s tidal basin by the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC because of a lover’s quarrel with one of the most powerful men in congress, House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Wilbur Mills. After being widely reported by the media, House Democrats stripped Mills of his chairmanship due to his indiscretions. Imagine that.
The Birth of Billygate
In 1977, the US had Billy Carter, the younger brother of then-Democrat President James Earl Carter. My research found no reference to President Carter ever referring to his younger brother as the smartest person he knew, despite his stake in the family’s peanut business and his status as the owner and operator of a successful Plains, Georgia gas station. According to published reports, Billy’s gas station was pumping over 40 thousand gallons of high-test gas per month during the 1970s Arab oil embargos — faster than Costco was selling toilet paper at the onset of the COVID scamdemic.
In the Shadow of Hunter
Working through a beer, vodka, and whisky-induced haze (by 1979, the president’s brother reportedly consumed a half-gallon of the hard stuff each day), William Alton Carter also rose to historical prominence by endorsing “Billy Beer,” a label created by the Falls City Brewing Company during the 1976 election cycle, despite his personal preference for Pabst Blue Ribbon.
He also became the official spokesman for Peanut Lolita, a 53-proof, gritty peanut-based liquor. To be clear, Peanut Lolita is completely unrelated to Jeffrey Epstein’s 727 aircraft, the formerly preferred transport of this century’s degenerate elite, or any reference to Bill Clinton’s genitalia, regardless of the alleged resemblance to the former presidential package.
Those of us who lived during that time recall Billy Carter being the brunt of the jokes by late-night comedians like Johnny Carson. Billy Carter was also a regular “go-to” answer on The Match Game when the words like drunkard or simpleton would fail to elicit sufficient audience laughter. As there was no internet then, Billy was spared from becoming an overnight viral international meme, although that changed one day on an airport tarmac. No, he didn’t meet Loretta Lynch (or then-AG Benjamin Civiletti) in a purely serendipitous encounter to discuss golf and grandchildren. Yes, they think we’re that stupid.
While awaiting the arrival of a Libyan delegation at the Atlanta airport, Billy casually whipped out his skin pickle amid a gaggle of reporters and diplomats and urinated on the runway in full view of the press and dignitaries. So much for gravitas, but his leakage drew attention to a much larger issue to which Hunter, Joe and the Biden crime family can relate.
Be it the son of a Vice President turned President, or the brother of a peanut farming President, Influence peddling is nothing new. The difference in handlings such matters – then and now – is.
Subsequent to Colonel Mu’ammar Qadhafi’s assuming power in Libya in 1969, diplomatic relations between the US and Libya were strained. While official channels precipitously cooled, other avenues of communication and commercial exchange grew, including backchannels between the Libyan government and US entities and individuals. Enter the president’s brother, Billy Carter, who was part of a contingent from his home state of Georgia who met with members of the Libyan government on at least three occasions during his brother’s presidency.
Eventually registering as a foreign agent for the Libyan government pursuant to FARA, Billy reportedly received a significant amount of cash, although the exact amount is disputed. Carter reportedly received a loan from Libya for $220,000, repaying a mere $1,000, although other credible reports suggest the amount was upwards of $2 million. The lucrative combination of Pabst, Peanut Lolita, and Peanuts — who knew?
Ultimately, the actions by the president’s brother became the subject of a bipartisan Senate subcommittee investigation in 1980, during which President Carter issued the following statement:
“I am deeply concerned that Billy has received funds from Libya and that he may be under obligation to Libya. These facts will govern my relationship with Billy as long as I am president. Billy has had no influence on U.S. policy or actions concerning Libya in the past, and he will have no influence in the future.”

Compare and contrast President Carter’s 1980 statement with that of Joseph Robinette Biden’s absurd denials regarding his knowledge and involvement with his son’s multinational business dealings. When one considers the sheer number of SARS and the total amount of money known to have been received by the Bidens, we sure aren’t talking peanuts. It’s here, however, where Hunter Biden summons the ghost of Billy Carter and says, “hold my crack pipe and watch this.”
Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., Robert Peters, Robin Ware, and JRB Ware must be investigated by an unimpeachable (pun intended) investigative body outside of the beltway rice paddies. Finding, creating, and empowering such an investigative body will be difficult. For the sake of our Republic, however, it must be done.
Perhaps you can hear the ghostly whispers of Wilbur Mills saying, “Avenge me.”

As I’ve written in previous columns exclusive to Wisconsin Christian News, I was given two complete copies of Hunter Biden’s hard drive from the laptop he left at a Delaware repair shop. Subsequently, I extensively reviewed and cataloged the voluminous correspondence between the Bidens and foreign nationals, especially the Communist Chinese. In addition to the salacious, pornography-laden pictures and videos with alleged prostitutes and underage girls exists a forensic roadmap that provides essential information about the Biden family’s (especially Joe Biden) financial schemes. This information also appears to provide prima facia evidence that Biden’s blundered withdrawal from Afghanistan could have been influenced by his family’s dealings with the Communist Chinese.
Although detailed, the evidence trail is not difficult to identify. Unlike some criminal trials where motives are elusive, means are questionable, and opportunities appear limited, many motives, means, and opportunities are present to explain Biden’s withdrawal method.
BGY: Communist Chinese “Secret” Weapons (The Means)
Guo Wengui, a/k/a Miles Guo, is well known to the international spy community as a multi-billionaire businessman and whistleblower to the tactics of infiltration by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) into various governments and international NGOs. He disclosed one such CCP tactical course of spying known by the acronym BGY, which represents the colors blue, gold, and yellow. Blue refers to network attacks and intelligence gathering through the internet; gold to financial bribes; yellow to the use of sex, gambling, drugs, and other similar activities to compromise elected officials, news organizations, and others in positions of power and influence in the West.
Wengui has alleged that the CCP has infiltrated numerous Western news organizations, political offices at the federal, state, and even local levels inside the U.S., or has control and influence through the compromise of targeted individuals. Having power and control over the most coveted prize of all, the Executive Branch of the U.S. government has long been a CCP objective. It now appears to have been achieved through the installation of Joseph R. Biden in the Oval Office.
Recent state audits of the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election have alleged CCP hacking in conjunction with other means of election tampering and voter fraud, favoring Joseph Biden. The hacking is representative of the “blue” tactic. Along with the blue, the gold tactic can explain the actions of certain secretaries of state, governors, and other election officials. That the facts of election tampering, voter fraud, and related issues have been censored by the mainstream media are also indicative of the CCP’s blue and gold tactics of infiltration.
It would appear that such control has been achieved with the installation of Joseph R. Biden as the U.S. President, and the means to achieve this goal was the BGY strategy of the Communist Chinese Party.
Hunter Biden’s Hard Drive (Proof of Motive)
During Joseph Biden’s tenure as America’s vice-president, he was involved in a number of international financial dealings and schemes through his son, Hunter Biden. As I reported in a previous issue of this publication, the New York Post published an article on October 15, 2020, titled, Emails reveal how Hunter Biden tried to cash in big on behalf of family with Chinese firm.[i] That column provided significant information about Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China that also involved his father.
One email thread, in particular, appears to detail an equity distribution arrangement between members of the Biden family and other associates, where “20 will go to H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” The “big guy” was subsequently identified as then U.S. Vice President Joseph R. Biden.
The following graphic was published by the New York Post in that report and accurately represents the email thread found by this investigator on the Biden hard drive:
The objective here was to buy access to and influence the nation’s second-highest elected public official. This becomes even more obvious when one considers that Hunter Biden had exactly zero experience with energy and energy development firms yet was generously compensated by a firm closely tied with the Chinese Communist Party.
If the above dealings are indicative of the “gold” CCP tactic, then the videos and photographs of Hunter Biden engaged in drug use and sex with underage girls and prostitutes certainly fulfill the “yellow” tactic.
The Opportunity of Afghanistan
It would be a legitimate question to ask why the CCP would do anything to interfere with U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan when President Trump had already arranged a pull-out while in office. Moreover, President Trump’s scheduled withdrawal (May 1, 2021) was even more ambitious than Biden’s (9/11/2021). The reason is that President Trump set certain conditions of withdrawal that kept the Taliban at a manageable level and would respond with force if such conditions were violated.
Biden, however, changed the conditions of withdrawal, thus violating all previous agreements and empowering the Taliban to the benefit of the CCP. This provided the Communist Chinese Party the needed opportunity to fortify an existing business relationship with the Taliban. Just two weeks before the American pull-out, a Chinese delegation met with the Taliban in Kabul to discuss, among other matters, the issues of security and economic growth.
Border Security: China shares a short but strategically important border with Afghanistan in the Xinjiang province. By controlling the Taliban, security of the China-Afghanistan border is assured, preventing a surge of violent jihadists into Xinjiang. Notably, the CCP has detained an estimated 3 million Muslims (Uyghurs, Kazakhs, etc.) for “re-education.” This is noted to be the largest mass incarceration of people since World War II.
The Belt & Road Initiative: China was already positioned to make an exclusive entry into a post-U.S. Afghanistan. Recent intelligence reports found that the Taliban are solidifying an engagement with China on an extension of the $62 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which is the Belt & Road Initiative’s flagship project.
Rare Earth Minerals: The Chinese Communist Party have long had their eyes on Afghanistan’s valuable mineral deposits. In 2007, the United States Geological Survey discovered vast deposits of iron, gold, copper, cobalt, and lithium, all important for modern industrial needs. In 2010, the media reported these finds, identifying Afghanistan as one of the world’s richest mining center of significant value to any country controlling it. Absent U.S. oversight, this treasure of rare earth minerals is expected to be under the control of the CCP.
Motive, means, and opportunity. What else might explain the U.S. surrendering to a terrorist organization, leaving Americans behind enemy lines, providing the terrorists with $85 billion in military aid which they will in return use against us, and blocking the evacuation of Americans, except that Biden is acting as a proxy for those who seek the destruction of the U.S.
Perhaps if Hunter Biden’s hard drive was properly examined by our national security apparatus and possible criminal activity investigated, along with proper reporting by the media, the U.S. would not be in the position it is today.

I type this knowing that it will appear in the last issue going to print before the November general election, and many situations are changing daily, if not hourly. If you thought things were uncertain on Monday, Friday has brought even more uncertainty. We can expect this process to repeat even beyond the election, especially if the Leftist insurgents who have infested our government agencies have their way.
Marine One just transported President Trump to Walter Reed Military Medical Center after he reportedly tested positive for COVID late yesterday, a fact he confirmed in an early morning message on Twitter. His wife also tested positive as did White House Communications Director and travel companion to the President, Hope Hicks. Although it is uncertain how this will impact the scheduled debates and the campaign in general, one can be sure that the Socialists and Communists of the Left will do everything they can to exploit this situation to advance their coup.
About three hours after the 1:00 am Friday tweet, I spoke with a federal officer employed by an alphabet agency and presently based inside the beltway. His position gives him a unique front-row view of certain events taking place around him. I met him on September 12, 2001, and know him well enough to appreciate that he does not alarm easily or often, which is why I was troubled by his early morning phone call.
This source told me what I already knew, or at least suspected: The Left intends to take control of the United States regardless of the election outcome. A “color revolution” is underway against the Republic, a premise recently discussed by Glen Beck in a series of videos he did under various titles, including “The Left’s Election Night War Game.” Consistent with Mr. Beck’s analysis, my source stated that the Deep State members are planning for two scenarios. The first scenario is that they regain power on election night using any means necessary, including not conceding defeat. The second is simply having their army “burn it all down,” meaning America and our way of life.
Before you dismiss either scenario as hyperbole, doom, or conspiracy nonsense, consider that members of the Deep State Left have already met and “war-gamed” election-night scenarios to accomplish their objectives. Members of the Obama administration and the US State Department wrote the playbook for what we’ve already seen over the last four years and are directing the election night chaos that is being currently planned.
Specifically, the tactics that resulted from these table-top exercises are outlined in a document titled Preventing a Disrupted Presidential Election and Transition, dated August 3, 2020, and produced by the Transition Integrity Project. This supposedly non-partisan (or bipartisan) organization was founded by Rosa Brooks, a Pentagon employee from 2009 to 2011, and an employee of George Soros. The list of participants includes journalists, social media and tech leaders, and members of numerous government agencies. The list of participants reads like a “whos-who” of Deep State denizens.
The tactics of the Left are also outlined in a 26-page document titled Indivisible: A Practical Guide For Resisting the Trump Agenda. This document was published on March 9, 2017, or just two months after President Trump assumed office and was produced by a similar list of Deep State operatives led by Barack Hussein Obama. The conclusion highlights the following quote: “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” — President Barack Obama.
The purpose of the early morning telephone call I received was to tell me to pay very close attention to the information contained in the two documents identified above, as many of the tactics outlined are being conducted by the Left right now. Also, expect chaos and confusion on election night, with the Left, led by Nancy Pelosi and others in the background, will attempt to nullify the electoral process. He asked me to warn everyone of the plots, plans, and schemes that are playing out behind the scenes to advance this “Constitutional usurpation” as detailed in those two documents and correctly identified by Glen Beck.
Lastly, he asked me to pray for him and others like him, who are doing everything they can to stop this “color revolution.”
The confines of space prohibit further analysis of the impact of the plans by the Socialists, Communists and other radical Leftists embedded within our government. Therefore, I urge you to read the documents identified above, watch Mr. Becks’ videos while you still can, and prepare for the chaos on and after election night 2020.
Prepare. Pray.

Joe Biden has made it official. At 6 AM E.T. this morning, the former Senator and Vice President, who held elective office continuously for 44 years (January 1973 to January 2017), announced his candidacy for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination in a revamped Web site and a 3½ minute-long video. At least one-half of the video focused on the events in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017 when a group of racists clashed with a counter group of Antifa and violence ensued. The left and the Democrats have tried to blame President Trump for the events and Biden picked up the cudgel.
The Antifa mob, Biden said in his video, was “a courageous group of Americans.” He continued:
We’re in a battle for the soul of this nation. . .
[We will look back on the presidency of Donald J. Trump] as an aberrant moment in time. . .
I cannot stand by and let that happen.
With Charlottesville as his touchstone, Biden also referenced President Thomas Jefferson, whom he criticized as “not always living up to our ideals.” My thinking: With Biden as president, get ready for a lot of obnoxious pandering including the banning of more statues of the Founding Fathers.
In the video, Biden is wearing a visible black earpiece in his right ear (a hearing aid? An audio monitor?). He was obviously reading a script from a TelePrompTer but was he also taking direction from an off-screen producer?
The new Biden for president Web site boasts a significant number of well-crafted bromides intended to appeal to both the middle class (or “working families” [sic], as the Democrats have previously referred to the underclass including tens of millions of illegal aliens who are replacing the shrinking middle class) and the far left that represents the activist base of the new Democrat Socialist Party.
Will Joe be able to pull it off? Currently, in early polls (which ultimately will count for little), he is in either first or second place among the 21 Democrat candidates who have declared thus far. Their number will probably increase. The months ahead promise to be quite a show.
Thomas Lifson added to my article at American Thinker this important comment:
Biden is taking the low road by implying Trump was praising the neo-Nazis at Charlottesville, when from the context of his earlier words, he was clearly referring to the people seeking to preserve historic statues of Confederates. If he faces President Trump in a debate after securing the nomination, I expect President Trump to punch back hard on this distortion of what he said.
