“It’s not in the public’s interest.” That was the government’s response to the request of the waiver of the exceptionally hefty fee of $2,000.00 for records pertaining to the hard water landing of the plane carrying Loretta Fuddy, the Hawaiian Director of Health who certified the authenticity of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth record.
“There’s only a small ‘niche’ of people who think there’s something wrong about what happened. [Insert their muted telephone chuckles here]. These are the same people who think there’s something wrong with Mr. Obama’s [long form] birth certificate. Actually, no one but ‘a few conspiracy cases’ believe there’s anything wrong. There’s nothing to see in those records. Since there is no real public interest, the fees will not be waived.”
The response was as condescending as it was incorrect. In fact, the internet researcher known as Butterdezillion, an individual known personally to me, found major inconsistencies in the data already secured through FOIA requests. Not just simple, run-of-the-mill inconsistencies about the hard water landing of her plane, the rescue and her death, but evidence of “cutting and pasting” in one document appears to alter a timeline of events. And there’s much more evidence of suggestive record alteration that was already found.
These documents, already placed in the hands of others for “health and welfare” insurance purposes, illustrate that something is definitely wrong with the official narrative of the death of Loretta Fuddy and related events.
To further verify the deliberate alteration of those records and to document what truly took place, other records exist that are necessary to prove our case. At present, it does not appear these records have been altered, as no one, until now, has researched the case deep enough as Butterdezillion. So, we need to get copies of these records right now, before any alterations can be made or the documents are inexplicably lost or destroyed. I mean right now!
The ‘convenient’ water landing of Fuddy’s plane, the fact that she was the sole fatality of nine aboard, the fact that she just so happened to be the ‘gatekeeper’ of the highly questioned and questionable birth document of the sitting president, and the fact suggestions of tampering have already been found, all cry out for further investigation. If not for justice for Fuddy and her family, but for the fate of our nation, and to identify those behind the curtain of deception.
When internet researcher Butterdezillion presented the denials that were based on the assertion by the state and federal government that no one cares, except for nut cases (of course, I’m paraphrasing here), and the projected cost of $2,000 for the records requested, I took the case to our listening audience at the top of the second hour of Monday night’s broadcast (May 12, 2014). We need to raise $2,000 of segregated and audited money for the sole purpose of document retrieval from the state and federal government, who agreed to turn over the records upon the guarantee of payment. I called out to our audience for assistance, but with a decidedly deliberate twist. We want to send a message to the gatekeepers of information that there IS public interest for truth and justice.
It is for that reason that I asked people to send SMALL donations, such as $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00, designated for “FOIA” (or something similarly identifiable) to prove that there is, in fact, public interest. The thought here is that the more people who send in smaller amounts (instead of one or two people of means covering the same), would send our government a message that there are sane and rational people who have looked at the facts or heard the inconsistencies and KNOW when they are being misled or lied to, and that they are sick of it. It’s about time we redefine their perception of public interest, and send them a statement that they would be hard-pressed to refute.
We’re tired of their lies, their misdirection, their pejorative remarks, and their condescension when we merely want the truth. They’ve put a price of $2,000 on the body of truth sought and necessary for our investigation, believing that we do not have enough people who care to use the equivalent of tomorrows coffee or movie money to get the records, and get them BEFORE they have the chance to alter or edit them.
It is for this reason I asked members of our audience to assist us, to step up, participate, and to send in small amounts ($5, $10 or $20) to pay for the records, for it’s also sending a message that there are indeed many who care. It is a matter of public interest, contrary to their official assertions. It’s a numbers game, not just regarding the money, but the number of people who respond.
In just 12 hours, we’ve already raised (or have the promises of) $510 from 42 people. With faith that there are enough people who do care and want the truth, we’ve committed ourselves to pay the fee and have formally submitted the request for the desired documents. We believe that more many will answer the call, and that we will show the government gatekeepers that there are still people who want the truth. Additionally, we will copy and provide all relevant materials to the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse. And finally, we will publish our findings for the world to see.
This is not a “fundraiser,” but a way to send a very specific message to those in government. The message is that we are serious, and many other people are serious, not just a select few. And this is in the public interest.
As we have “signed” the promise to pay the fee, we are now “all in.” The clock of government response starts now. Lastly, we will report our findings to you, the people, as the government has not.

“We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it.” That single sentence, selected from an address given by former President John F. Kennedy to the American Newspaper Publishers Association on April 27, 1961, is perhaps more relevant today than ever before.
We know that plans, plots, and schemes are afoot today, many to our collective and individual detriment. They are being conducted under various pretexts and concealed by the collusion of the elected and appointed to an unwitting and often apathetic public.
Many patriots appear to have given up hope in their quest for truth, as the government seems to be doubling down and refining their tactics of concealment. Combined with a disinterested or perhaps complicit media, it is easier to acquiesce rather than fight, particularly when the general perception is that few care for the truth of a matter. They claim that there is a “lack of public interest.” Accordingly, we are told that we don’t need to know the facts of a matter, whatever that matter might be, for it is not in the interest of the public. There is an arguably corrupt element entrenched within the government who expects us to stop asking and quietly go away, downtrodden and defeated, adherent to the adage that we “cannot fight city hall.”
Should any interest of a particular matter rise to a level of collective concern, this criminal element will use other tactics to keep truth buried, evidence hidden, and information from our view. Often, they will characterize those of us asking questions as conspiracy theorists or use other pejoratives to dissuade us from pursuing the truth. As no one likes such labels that assail our intellect, rationale and even our sanity, making us appear foolish even at the most superficial of levels, we often back down from our quest for answers. It’s an information war and a numbers game combined. The playing fields are numerous, from the general media to internet forums, where each venue is filled with operational assets or mere sycophants to the cabal of authority. Through the use of these varied tactics, they are counting on us to back down so they may continue their nefarious agenda unmolested by “problem children.”
I proudly write this column today to state that we have proven them wrong, at least in one instance that has the potential to reveal possible criminal activity, criminal conspiracy and collusion spanning a significant area of concern for all Americans. Yesterday, I wrote about one internet researcher’s quest for information from government sources about the circumstances involving the water landing of the plane carrying Hawaiian Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, and her reported death. She was the sole fatality of that water landing and just happened to be the person who authenticated the long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama.
The internet researcher using the name Butterdezillion, although known to this investigator by her true name and credentials, filed Freedom of Information Act requests for documents related to that airplane “crash.” What she has received to date shows a pattern of inconsistencies that warrant additional investigation and documentation available under FOIA. When she requested the needed documentation and a waiver of the fee for the same, citing that the information was in the public interest, she was denied, as were her appeals. As such, she was told, the fee for the requested data would be about $2,000.00.
As we discussed our options, I wondered whether there is indeed public interest, contrary to the government’s claims. Well, the government bureaucrats claiming that public interest in this matter is limited to a very tiny fringe of nutcases were proven wrong. Very wrong.
On the Monday edition of my radio show, I asked those who believe that the revelations contained in the government documents are in the public’s interest to step forward and step up, to help us pay the fee assessed by the government for this data. I wrote about the facts here, and asked not for large contributions, but intentionally smaller contributions to illustrate that there are many people who are demanding the truth and this is not a fringe issue.
Less than 24 hours after my appeal, we had a tremendous response and met the burden of the government’s fee. Because of you, we have collected the necessary funds to overcome this obstacle through the money received and pledged. Through your involvement, you’ve also sent a strong message to those in power. We want and expect answers. We can fight city hall. Yesterday, we went “all in” and guaranteed payment for the information, thus starting the FOIA clock that puts the government on a particular schedule. We eagerly anticipate receiving this information, reviewing the same, and publishing it in the interest of the public.
Simply stated, we won this battle on the numbers. We have shown that there many concerned Americans, and even some in other countries, who want the truth. They are demanding the truth, and have proven their willingness to fight for it.
The urgency of our request was met with a response that shows there are people who refuse to roll over and still believe we can fight city hall. The urgency of our request was based in the thought that the sooner we can obtain the requested data the less time they have to alter, edit, redact or remove information, which are tactics we’ve seen regarding this matter. You, the listeners my show and the readers of this website, have proven that you’re people of action and not just words. By your actions, you have placed the gatekeepers of information on notice that you will not be deterred in your quest for the truth. Much like the recent events of Bunkerville, Nevada, you’ve sent a clear message to those in power.

What are the chances that the individual responsible for authenticating Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate, Loretta Fuddy, just happened to be the sole fatality out of nine on board a small plane that was forced to make an emergency water landing off the coast of Hawaii?
What are the chances that the other passengers either walked away virtually unscathed (according to eyewitness reports) or had only minor injuries while Loretta Fuddy died?
What are the chances that the engine failure just happened to occur over the Alenuihaha channel, recognized as one of the most treacherous channels in the world because of strong winds and high seas?
What are the chances that the only incident to mar the otherwise stellar record of Makani Kai Air just happened to be the flight carrying Loretta Fuddy, a most controversial figure in the most controversial issue relating to Barack Hussein Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to hold office?
What are the chances that the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the federal agency in charge of investigating even the slightest incidents involving civil transportation, would not conduct a thorough, on-site investigation that involved a fatality, especially a fatality of a high-profile state employee?
What are the chances that a passenger seated in the rear of the plane, publicly identified as Ferdinand Puentes (seen wearing a United States Federal Marshal cap) would not only have a GoPro video at the ready but have the mental composure and clarity to record the “crash” and aftermath considering the unexpected, life-threatening circumstances?
What are the chances that this video, or at least portions of it, is suddenly released from nowhere, nearly a month to the day after the “crash” when its existence was never before referenced or acknowledged by crash investigators or survivors?
In my 25-plus years of experience as a career investigator, I’ve seen a lot of strange things that would give one pause and cry out for an explanation. Odd things that at first blush seem to defy logical explanation, only to be answered through investigation as mere coincidence (yes, ‘stuff’ does happen) or indicative of something more nefarious. In my professional opinion, the strange death of Loretta Fuddy falls squarely into the latter category.
As I noted in my initial report dated December 13, 2013, Loretta Fuddy’s place in history was forever memorialized when she authorized the release of Barack Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) at his request. On April 25, 2011, the month following her appointment as Hawaii’s Director of Health, she certified that she witnessed the copying of the original COLB. The document that was certified as a true copy by Ms. Fuddy was handed to Judith Corely, Barack Obama’s personal attorney, when Corely made a special trip to personally pick up the document instead of sending the document by a private courier, such as Federal Express.
Given her role in the authentication of the controversial document, Ms. Fuddy was named in two affidavits (one public, one sealed) filed in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington on October 18, 2013, by Douglas Vogt, citing twenty points of forgery that comprise misprision of treason and misprision of felony. Vogt, with researcher and document expert Paul Irey, investigated the intricacies of the forgery. Mr. Vogt’s affidavit and Ms. Fuddy’s involvement gained national attention when he was interviewed on The Hagmann & Hagmann Report on December 4, 2013, exactly one week to the day before her tragic death on December 11, 2013. The detailed three-hour audio testimony of Douglas Vogt can be heard here, and the report detailing Ms. Fuddy’s possible role here.
Since her death, portions related to Loretta Fuddy in the sealed affidavit filed in U.S. Federal Court have been made public. Of particular interest are her financial reports detailing her income and expenses in 2011 and 2012. Each report is filed in January for the previous year.
According to Mr. Vogt, a large and as yet unanswered income disparity was found between the two reports. In short, during her first year as Hawaii’s Director of Health, which is also the time she authenticated Obama’s COLB, Ms. Fuddy’s gross income was reportedly less than $100,000. Nonetheless, her financials show that she apparently paid down her mortgage and decreased her liabilities by at least $50,000 and perhaps as much as $75,000 more than what she grossed that year. Where did that money come from? While there may well be a legitimate explanation for this disparity, it was not disclosed on the financial forms she filed with the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.
Loretta Fuddy was one of nine people aboard the Cessna 208B traveling between the islands of Hawaii on December 11, 2013. She was making a much-publicized, well-known, annual trip to Kalaupapa, where the state exiled leprosy patients until 1969. That area is accessible only by plane or mule. By plane, the travel would require travel over the Alenuihaha channel, also known as the “I’ll-end-you, ha-ha” channel. Out of all the places around the Hawaiian Islands for a water landing, it is the worst of all possible locations due to the “wind funnel” effect in the channel. The channel is more than a mile in depth at its deepest point and is generally regarded as one of the most treacherous channels in the world by the United States Coast Guard.
Were it not for another aircraft flying in the vicinity of the water landing, it is possible that the passengers of the plane would not have been found until they failed to arrive at their destination. Josh Lang and Jaimee Thomson witnessed the Cessna making the water landing and were able to call for help. Within 90 minutes, a C130, two U.S. Coastguard rescue helicopters, one U.S. navy rescue helicopter, and one fire department rescue helicopter were on the scene.
As I noted in my initial report, initial accounts of the crash were conflicting and inconsistent. Such inconsistencies remain, despite the investigation conducted by the NTSB. Based on a review of the NTSB report (ID #WPR14FA068), no on-scene investigation was performed. The NTSB report pertaining to this incident was one of the most incomplete and un-sourced reports published when compared to other reports. Why?
The NTSB admits as much by a disclaimer that prefaces the narrative. This begs the question of why, given that the crash resulted in a fatality, especially the fatality of a person at the center of a significant national controversy, investigators didn’t conduct a more thorough, on-site investigation.
The NTSB narrative also conflicts with eyewitness accounts. According to the NTSB investigative report, “[T]he airline transport pilot and two passengers were seriously injured, one passenger was fatally injured, and five passengers received minor injuries. [Emphasis mine]. This is inconsistent with initial and subsequent eyewitness and passenger reports, and now, the video.
During my investigation into this incident, I interviewed a veteran pilot familiar with the flight paths of the Hawaiian Islands. Speaking off the record, this source stated that he has flown this area for years and knows it well. He commended the pilot for the remarkable water landing and confirmed that the Alenuihaha channel is indeed treacherous. He added that “(I)f I was going to cause a plane like that to go down [into the ocean] in all of Hawaii, that’s exactly where I’d want it to go down. Recovery would be very difficult if attempted at all.”

“The dead cannot cry out for justice. It is a duty of the living to do so for them.” This quote is attributed to American author Lois Bujold, and should remind us that it is our responsibility to seek truth not just for ourselves, but for those who have been silenced by death.
The precursor to justice is truth. Those who purposely suppress the truth, betray justice not only for the dead but for the living as well. It is in this context that we have a moral obligation to Loretta Fuddy, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, as well as to every American, to seek the truth of her death as the result of a plane crash on Wednesday.
Loretta Fuddy was the sole fatality of the nine occupants of a 2002 Cessna Grand Caravan single-engine turboprop aircraft that crashed into the ocean shortly after takeoff from Kalaupapa Airport on the island of Molokai in Hawaii. The reports surrounding her death are as murky as the reports of her alleged involvement in creating a falsified federal document of unprecedented significance, the Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) of Barack Hussein Obama.
It is alleged that Ms. Fuddy played a key role in the authentication, and perhaps even in the creation of the document presented to America as the certified birth record of a sitting U.S. president. It is that certified record that has been determined by many experts, including those retained by a commissioned law enforcement investigative body, to be a forged and fraudulent document. At the very least, Loretta Fuddy would have been a critical witness in a high crime of treason and other felonies against all Americans. Under these circumstances, is it not mandatory for responsible citizens to question the circumstances of her mysterious death? Do we not have a responsibility as Americans to insist on the truth, considering the current state as well as the fate of our nation?
Research into the death of Loretta Fuddy must begin with her life following her appointment as the director of the Hawaii Department of Health. She was appointed as director by Governor Neil Abercrombie on March 2, 2011. Ms. Fuddy had been acting health director from JanuaryF XVDHawaii Department of HealthHawaii Department of Health 2011 when the governor’s original nominee, Dr. Neal Palafox, withdrew his name at Abercrombie’s request. The circumstances of that political decision remained mired in controversy as well.
Ms. Fuddy’s appointment occurred during the groundswell of demands for Obama to produce his long form birth certificate, a document that supposedly resided in the interim chambers of the Hawaii Department of Health. As calls for the release of Obama’s records increased, Ms. Fuddy reportedly changed the policy of her department. At some point between mid March through the first week of April, she quietly instituted a policy that would deny requestors the ability to obtain certified copies of their birth certificate, and changed the internal request forms as well. This change served Obama well, as his assistants cited this “longstanding” policy as the reason for being unable to produce the requested documentation. By stealth, Ms. Fuddy was now the sole guardian of birth records.
This policy change made the theatrical production publicly profiled for all to see. Hawaii was granted an exception to Obama and his personal attorney to satisfy the insatiable, if not completely unreasonable demands by the now marginalized and maligned “birthers,” a pejorative term made up to characterize anyone who had the audacity to question the bona fides of Barack Hussein Obama. During this play production, arrangements were made for the Hawaii Department of Health to furnish the COLB to Obama’s attorney. For reasons for which no one seems to be interested, Corely flew to Hawaii to personally pick up the COLB
Ms. Fuddy’s public notoriety was elevated, and her place in history forever memorialized, when she authorized the release of Barack Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) at his request. On April 25, 2011, she certified that she witnessed the copying of the original COLB. It is that very document that was presented at a press gaggle shortly before 9:00 a.m. ET on April 27, 2011. It is this document that remains at the center of controversy with regard to its authenticity. It is this document, certified by Ms. Fuddy, that a number of experts claim is a blatant forgery. Now, Ms. Fuddy is no longer able to answer any questions about her role in the certification of this document.
It is within this context that every American should consider the potential ramifications of a forgery, especially as it relates to the already questionable background of the man seated in the highest office in America. By extension, it is not unreasonable to question the very suspicious events surrounding the plane crash that took only one life of nine aboard the plane – the life of the very person of significance to the unresolved issue of forgery. While many will correctly assert that accidents happen, and even freak circumstances take place, history also documents the nefarious activity of others related to occurrences of equal import.
First public news reports of the plane crash in which Ms. Fuddy was a passenger began circulating at about 4:00 p.m. local time. The initial details were sketchy as first reports usually are. However, one eyewitness report originated from the pilot of a plane who observed the wreckage. The pilot reportedly observed eight-(8) people wearing life jackets floating in a field of debris at the approximate location where the plane struck the water. Initial news reports also stated that Ms. Fuddy failed to escape the passenger compartment of the plane, which would support the first and perhaps the most credible eyewitness account, as it came from a trained pilot circling the crash site. An initial statement by the Maui Fire Department also supports the report that Ms. Fuddy never made it out of the plane.
A statement was also made by Honolulu Fire Capt. Terry Seelig, who first reported that there was a fatality, according to KHON News.
“That person remained in the fuselage of the plane. Not much details. Always a difficult situation when you can’t get everyone out, and unfortunately that was the case here.”
KHON-2 News also reported that the plane “crashed in waters a 1/2 mile off the north shore of Molokai. Specifically, they stated that the Maui Fire Department and two U.S. Coast Guard helicopters quickly got to the scene, rescuing eight-(8) people who got out of the plane.”
Early reports from the same news agency also provided additional insight:
“Nine people were onboard when the plane took off. One person was pronounced dead, three were flown to Honolulu and taken by ambulance to the Queens Medical Center. Another three stayed on Molokai and were hospitalized. The rest did not need any medical help.”
Consider this early report with public statements made by the Hawaii Department of Health. This agency maintained — for nearly four hours after the crash, that Ms. Fuddy and deputy director Keith Yamamoto, also a passenger on the plane, were alive. The significance of this assertion will become evident as the various accounts are considered with what was known at the time of the accident or shortly thereafter.
As already referenced but now stated in more detail, initial news reports announced that “three passengers were pulled from the water by the two Coast Guard helicopters, and Maui fire crews picked up ‘others. One crash survivor swam ashore.”
Despite these eyewitness and official accounts of Ms. Fuddy not making it out of the interior of the downed plane, ABC News reported several hours later the following account:
“In the final moments of her life, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy clung to the hand of her deputy after a small plane taking them back to Honolulu crashed in the ocean off the island of Molokai.
“In the water, Fuddy held hands with deputy director Keith Yamamoto as he tried to help her relax, said the Rev. Patrick Killilea, who consoled Yamamoto after the ordeal.”
“He recounted how he said he helped Loretta into her life jacket and he held her hand for some time,” the priest said. “They were all floating together and she let go and there was no response from her.”
At first, one might conclude that the “soul count” of survivors from the air by the circling pilot did not include the “swimmer,” thereby explaining the report of “eight-(8) people in life vests” in the water. When considered in the context of that report and the description of the scene offered via radio by the pilot circulating above, however, this theory is inconsistent with the timing of the circling plane.
Among the first news reports, it was disclosed that Fuddy’s deputy Keith Yamamoto, dressed in blue swim trunks and a tee shirt, was seen being driven away from Makani Air’s Honolulu Airport headquarters at about 7:00 p.m. local time, a full hour before the Hawaii Department of Health made the death of Ms. Fuddy public.
Despite the fact that the plane remains unrecovered and lays on the ocean floor of the Pacific, ABC News stated that Makani Kai Air airline owner Richard Schuman determined that “engine failure” was the cause of the crash. This, despite reports from the owner that the crashed plane has no prior reports of mechanical problems. A reasonable person might ask how this could be known without first inspecting the plane, especially since the plane had a clean inspection and maintenance record, according to the same airline owner.
According to reports from Hawaii, it is likely that we might never determine the actual cause of the crash. The reason? Conditions in this area of the ocean “prohibit” investigators from recovering the plane. There is no intention of recovering the airplane, according to various reports.
As detailed above, there are seriously conflicting accounts of the actual fate of Ms. Fuddy that should cause investigators to take notice.

Narrative: The Makani Kai Air Cessna 208B Grand Caravan impacted ocean waters shortly after takeoff from Kalaupapa Airport (PHLU), on the island of Molokai in Hawaii. The airplane sustained unreported damage and one of the nine occupants onboard received fatal injuries. The injury status of the remaining eight rescued occupants that were onboard the aircraft have not been disclosed.
Erroneous and conflicting initial reports aside, there are very serious questions surrounding the events of December 11, 2013, in the water off the island of Hawaii. Factual events seem as murky as the water on the ocean floor, where the plane that carried the passengers now rests, and remain as questionable as the authenticity of the documents certified by the sole fatality aboard.
We live in a country where political dissent, once deemed patriotic, is now the equivalent of terrorism. Lies have become the norm and accepted as fact, despite unassailable evidence right in front of us. Small lies have given way to larger lies, as the more enormous the lie, the easier it is to sell to a readily accepting public suffering from attention deficit disorder. In such an environment, is it unthinkable that a key conspirator in one of the most blatant forgeries could be silenced while others in her company could be disregarded as mere collateral damage?
As written in the beginning, seeking the truth is our moral imperative. The truth of the events of December 11, 2013, did not succumb with Ms. Fuddy, nor is it laying on the ocean floor. The truth still exists, at least for now, with others who are still alive. For them, this might serve as the impetus to assume center stage and disclose what they know, for their ability to draw breath in the future is certainly not guaranteed.
The truth also exists in the actions and evidence amassed over the last two years of Ms. Fuddy’s life. My next report will offer insight into those findings, and will also address the curious timing of Ms. Fuddy’s death.
