I write this first message in the spirit of Thomas Paine, an activist in revolutionary politics, at which time we again find ourselves, however on a larger scale. Let us remember that unlimited power belongs only to God.

Perhaps we should be thankful for those behind the COVID related mandates, those who implemented them, and those who forced their compliance. Never has a single event in modern history so conspicuously laid bare the inherent evil intent, hubris, and blatant hypocrisy of national and world leaders, the elected and unelected, corporate entities, the media, the overseers of our children, and others tasked with the implementation of their madness.
What once was spoken of only in hushed tones and relentlessly mocked, the existence of a cabal so despicably evil, is now being spoken to the world. Their wiles, their deviant stratagems, injurious to all areas of our lives and within the entire fabric of our moral societies, has been brought to public display.
They, and their wretched minions, have infiltrated every place of our existence in Western society. They are forcing us into our own cruel and sadistic destruction with demonic delight, while laughing and mocking our dutiful compliance. Anyone who sees not the full extent of the evil that threatens them is either a charlatan or fool. Let them suffer in their wickedness or naivete unlamented, without regret.
They have ignited the slow-burning, latent embers of the steely resolve of a disparate population across the continents. These so-called “enlightened ones,” with their self-appointed arbiters of what is true and factual, despite our unmistaken perception and rational intellects, have awakened an unrequited desire to wrest back our God given rights and freedoms from their evil designs to forever banish us from society, to enslave us, and to rob us of our Godly inheritance. We desire to live free or die in this noble quest, and so we shall, for there are no acceptable alternatives.
We inherited the ability to live free through the blood and toil of our forefathers, yet we’ve squandered our inheritance through our failures, including our unwillingness to risk our immediate comforts or our reputations, and our ill-fated tolerance of countless, irrational absurdities. Perhaps it should be with gratitude that we now have been wrested from our slumber and away from the comforts that we once considered secure. Like our comfort, our civility is our vice.
Every globalist and each criminal conspirator doing their bidding, whether freely or reluctantly, is a cuckold of the devil himself. The architects of our enslavement, wherever they exist, must be held to account, by the people if it must be. Let it be known that a peaceful coexistence with evil is impossible, and therefore, a permanent reconciliation is inevitable.
So too are the poltroons, the enablers, enforcers, and those who act under the influence of self-interest. Their cowardice and cruelty feeds from the trough of passivity and complacence. They will starve and wither when confronted with the resolve of the righteous.
No longer shall we be compelled to tolerate the absurd, the un-Godly, and the slow poisoning of our progeny, whether the latter is done without consent in the literal, or ensconced in ridiculous redefinitions that defy actual science, biology, morality, and settled norms. The same architects of faux enlightenment are involved in both and all that mock science and virtue.
It is now time not to decide, but to decide to act. Just as our brothers and sisters have suffered and been given no quarter for standing up, speaking up and showing up, we must offer the architects of fear and captivity no quarter.
As cited by Thomas Paine, “If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace;” and this single reflection, well applied, is sufficient to awaken every man to duty.

In a complete shambles, to put it mildly. We have wandered so far from the beautiful starting point, the inception and creation of the greatest country in the world. We took purity and allowed evil to defile it. We are responsible because we allowed this to happen on our watch. We were too busy working, playing, vacationing, BBQing, watching football while the fox walked right past us and straight into the henhouse. Now that the majority of the hens are dead and missing, we’re moaning the blues, wringing our hands, and crying like babies. Others among us want to take on the federal government a Capitol Hill and blast our way to redemption. Others want to hide in a dark corner and pray, hoping God will send 10,000 angels to rectify this wrong while we do absolutely nothing, claiming this is prophecy.
All are wrong, individually. Each has grandiose end results desired, yet each lacks the methodology required to complete the mission, meet the objective.
What is required is a collective movement, the massive silent majority that conservatives boasted about pre-election. The 75-125 million of us Patriots that refuse to lie down and die, who refuse to surrender our freedoms, liberties, and way of life without a fight.
This must start now, collectively across the nation, town by town, city by city, and county by county. This patriotic movement must be collective, firm, relentless, and without exception on any point. Period. This doesn’t need to be headed up by sheriffs or Chiefs of Police. It can be headed up, formed, organized, and governed by citizens. We would seek the full support of Sheriffs, Chiefs of Police, judges, mayors, and other government officials locally. If not, the collective groups in any town, city, or county can remove any one of them or all of them. A collective group is a huge voting block. Make sure these officials understand.
This same collective group must also be voted into Supervisor of Election slots locally, and the local voting precincts must be overwhelmingly manned by Patriotic Conservatives. The stranglehold and monopoly that the far left has had on this country’s voting process has to be broken. 2022 must mark the reclaiming of America by the Conservative Patriots. The communist left must be pushed out of our government on all levels; however, it must start on the local level.
Start today. Talk to your neighbor. Then both of you talk to another neighbor. There are 3142 counties in the US, 19,495 cities and towns.
Stay tuned here at the Hagmann Report as we start driving this point home. Let’s not focus on naming our groups as militias, as this will only draw negative attention to our movement nationwide. We are collective groups of God Fearing “Christian Conservative Patriots.” It’s that simple.
Are we armed? Of course. Our second amendment rights guarantee this. We will defend this.
Do we have the right to free speech? Of course. Our first amendment rights guarantee this. We will defend this.
We are not militants, extremists, insurgents, or terrorists. We are Americans.

I type this knowing that it will appear in the last issue going to print before the November general election, and many situations are changing daily, if not hourly. If you thought things were uncertain on Monday, Friday has brought even more uncertainty. We can expect this process to repeat even beyond the election, especially if the Leftist insurgents who have infested our government agencies have their way.
Marine One just transported President Trump to Walter Reed Military Medical Center after he reportedly tested positive for COVID late yesterday, a fact he confirmed in an early morning message on Twitter. His wife also tested positive as did White House Communications Director and travel companion to the President, Hope Hicks. Although it is uncertain how this will impact the scheduled debates and the campaign in general, one can be sure that the Socialists and Communists of the Left will do everything they can to exploit this situation to advance their coup.
About three hours after the 1:00 am Friday tweet, I spoke with a federal officer employed by an alphabet agency and presently based inside the beltway. His position gives him a unique front-row view of certain events taking place around him. I met him on September 12, 2001, and know him well enough to appreciate that he does not alarm easily or often, which is why I was troubled by his early morning phone call.
This source told me what I already knew, or at least suspected: The Left intends to take control of the United States regardless of the election outcome. A “color revolution” is underway against the Republic, a premise recently discussed by Glen Beck in a series of videos he did under various titles, including “The Left’s Election Night War Game.” Consistent with Mr. Beck’s analysis, my source stated that the Deep State members are planning for two scenarios. The first scenario is that they regain power on election night using any means necessary, including not conceding defeat. The second is simply having their army “burn it all down,” meaning America and our way of life.
Before you dismiss either scenario as hyperbole, doom, or conspiracy nonsense, consider that members of the Deep State Left have already met and “war-gamed” election-night scenarios to accomplish their objectives. Members of the Obama administration and the US State Department wrote the playbook for what we’ve already seen over the last four years and are directing the election night chaos that is being currently planned.
Specifically, the tactics that resulted from these table-top exercises are outlined in a document titled Preventing a Disrupted Presidential Election and Transition, dated August 3, 2020, and produced by the Transition Integrity Project. This supposedly non-partisan (or bipartisan) organization was founded by Rosa Brooks, a Pentagon employee from 2009 to 2011, and an employee of George Soros. The list of participants includes journalists, social media and tech leaders, and members of numerous government agencies. The list of participants reads like a “whos-who” of Deep State denizens.
The tactics of the Left are also outlined in a 26-page document titled Indivisible: A Practical Guide For Resisting the Trump Agenda. This document was published on March 9, 2017, or just two months after President Trump assumed office and was produced by a similar list of Deep State operatives led by Barack Hussein Obama. The conclusion highlights the following quote: “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” — President Barack Obama.
The purpose of the early morning telephone call I received was to tell me to pay very close attention to the information contained in the two documents identified above, as many of the tactics outlined are being conducted by the Left right now. Also, expect chaos and confusion on election night, with the Left, led by Nancy Pelosi and others in the background, will attempt to nullify the electoral process. He asked me to warn everyone of the plots, plans, and schemes that are playing out behind the scenes to advance this “Constitutional usurpation” as detailed in those two documents and correctly identified by Glen Beck.
Lastly, he asked me to pray for him and others like him, who are doing everything they can to stop this “color revolution.”
The confines of space prohibit further analysis of the impact of the plans by the Socialists, Communists and other radical Leftists embedded within our government. Therefore, I urge you to read the documents identified above, watch Mr. Becks’ videos while you still can, and prepare for the chaos on and after election night 2020.
Prepare. Pray.

His words seem applicable to these current times. His writings back then helped to inspire action and ultimately a revolution. Now, effective action on the part of traditionalists-conservatives-patriots to restore the nation seems like it may not be possible.
On Monday, July 2, I went looking for new updates about the Occupy Portland ICE situation which I was following so closely last week and wrote three major articles about. Please read them here (Part 1), here (Part 2), and here (Part 3). It has taken a lot of work to get the story straight. Basically, as of today (July 3, 2018) the left wing status quo prevails. The encampment of hundreds of radical leftists outside Portland ICE HQ is still in place. It looks like it is going to be allowed to stay there indefinitely. The occupiers pledge that they are not going home until they and their “comrades” (yes, comrades) achieve total victory in shutting down ICE along with their other objectives. Read on.
The efforts of the left wing Communist Occupy zealots to close down ICE, is accompanied by their demands to close down the prisons and open the borders. It proceeds unimpeded. Portland, Oregon a.k.a. The People’s Republic of Portland is Ground Zero in this crazy pro-Communist effort that has now spread to many cities nationwide. Incredibly, many prominent mainstream Democrat politicians across the country are increasingly supporting these insane radical positions. Member in good standing of the Democratic Socialists of America Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s victory in a Congressional primary election in New York last week is the tip of the spear in that regard. She openly supports no Ice, no borders, free health care, free college education, allowing illegal aliens invaders to stay here and import their large families with full benefits, and the impeachment of President Trump.
The shocking and obscene radical banner above about an ongoing occupy action in New York City is featured on the Portland Abolish I.C.E. PDX Twitter page. It calls for “no prisons no ICE no borders” and adds “chinga la migra” which translates as “f—k migra.” The word migra is a derogatory Spanish language slur for U.S. immigration officers often used by illegal aliens.
What accounts for these insane Communist positions becoming mainstream in the United States? One could cite many factors. An influential but often overlooked one is the profound demographic shift that has taken place in the United States of America.
Starting in the 1960s, at the hands of Democrat politicians when they controlled the Congress with veto proofmajorities, changes in immigration law kicked off that demographic shift. Slowly at first but later turbocharged by subsequent globalist administrations over the course of four or five decades, the country went from a majority of residents who traced their ancestry to Great Britain and European countries to a near majority of individuals from Mexico, Latin America, Africa, and other s—thole countries. That is an honest if politically incorrect description of the demographic shift. It is confirmed by accounts like the following published in the mainstream media with little notice.
According to Newsweek June 22, 2017, in an article titled “Will America Remain White? More Non-Hispanic Whites Died Than Were Born in U.S. Last Year:”
The non-Hispanic white population was the only race or ethnic group to experience more deaths than births between July 2015 and July 2016, according to data released Thursday by the U.S. Census Bureau. Over the same time period, the Asian and Hispanic populations saw the largest increases, as the United States continues to become more diverse.
From the Baltimore Sun August 8, 2017, “Whites Will Soon Be the Minority in Number:”
The U.S. population has been predominantly white since the founding of Jamestown in 1607. As late as 1950, whites accounted for about 90 percent of the nation’s population, according to U.S. Census figures. But in the past six decades, whites’ share of the overall population has dropped to 61 percent. . . In certain places this [population shift to minority-majority] is already underway. Hawaii and the District of Columbia became majority-minority in 1980, California and New Mexico in 2000, Texas in 2004, and Nevada last year. The white share of Nevada’s population plunged from 83.2 percent in 1980 to 49.9 percent in 2016. Nonwhites are drivers of the demography of the national and state populations. For example, nonwhites accounted for nearly 96 percent of the 14.4 million people added to the U.S. population between 2010 and 2016. Latinos were responsible for close to half of the national growth. The white population rose by just over 650,000 during the six-year period, making up only about 4 percent of the increase. [Emphasis added]
These statistics, published in mainstream publications, are based on official U.S. Census statistics. They deserve serious consideration.
If the trends continue – and they surely will – the United States will be a totally different country soon. In fact, it already is. It is no longer the country whose people cheered when Democrat President John F. Kennedy said in his Inaugural Address, on January 20, 1961, “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”
Today, Democrats demand free health care, free college tuition, and, increasingly, free guaranteed annual income for everyone in the country including illegal aliens! And they want to impeach the duly elected 45thPresident of the United States, Donald J. Trump. The political platform of the Communist Party USA is close to being totally implemented in the country without a shot being fired.
As 2018 reaches its halfway point and we are on the eve of what should be a solemn and meaningful holiday, the 4th of July, Independence Day, a declining audience of mostly aging white people of European origin, with a very few independent-minded people of color thrown in, even pays attention to the meaning of the holiday. They are the ones who read the articles in publications like American Thinker, the Hagmann Report, and similar outlets, but little can be done to change the country’s direction. Too many people approve of that transformation, as President Barack Hussein Obama described it – the inexorable slide downward into Third World status that seems to be picking up speed. The power of the state is simply too great to resist. It is orders of magnitude greater than the power of the British occupiers during the Revolutionary War. And these days, despite President Trump being in the White House, most individual state power is aligned with the increasingly radical left – because the Shadow Government and the Deep State remain in power positions in many cases behind the scenes and in a lot of cases now, also quite openly feel comfortable in carrying out their dirty seditious deeds.
What’s happening in the numerous cities where anti-ICE actions are going forward is emblematic. Politicians and even police departments in those cities are now on the side of the lawbreakers, whether they are the occupiers or illegal aliens – or even criminal illegal aliens who are members of gangs like MS-13. Nancy Pelosi recently defended members of the savage murderous Latino MS-13 gang as children of God who should not be called names. The criminal illegal alien, previously convicted of 7 felonies and deported from the U.S. a half a dozen times, who killed Kate Steinle by shooting her dead on a pier in San Francisco was acquitted by an American jury on all charges relating to her death (which his defense lawyer admitted he was responsible for) in an act of jury nullification. Leftists supported and praised the jury’s verdict.
Last weekend, a small group of conservatives obtained a permit for a legal march in the city of Portland and a rally. There were only about 150 of them. A violent mob of Antifa goons showed up, wearing masks, black clothing, and helmets and carrying weapons, and descended on the legal march. What the police and media called a “riot” ensued and the coverage depicted the scene as “antifascist” demonstrators challenging an extreme right wing group as if the latter, peacefully and legally marching, were the cause. It was a text book example of Fake News reporting. This was the case both in mainstream print and Internet publications and Sunday evening on the CBS TV nationwide network news broadcast. It’s as if the Daily Worker (the house organ of the Communist Party USA) was ghost-writing the reporting.

Two years ago, two married Princeton professors, Anne Case and Angus Deaton, released an alarming study, showing that white middle-aged Americans were suddenly dying much more frequently than in the past. The results were surprisingly given that mortality rates for the U.S. population had in general been falling since 1900.
The authors partly blamed what they called “deaths of despair”—deaths from alcohol and drug poisoning, suicide, and alcoholic liver disease and cirrhosis, which have risen dramatically for whites.

As the attention of most Americans was captivated by the shiny object in Times Square this weekend like infants fixated on car keys dangled in front of them, Barack Hussein Obama signed into law H.R. 1540, better known as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Regardless of any concurrent executive signing statements that are mere window dressing and not legally binding, Obama and every member of congress who crafted and voted for this act has essentially declared war on American citizens on U.S. soil.
To quote Rush Limbaugh, “words mean things.” As a career investigator, I can assure you that words contained in local, state, and federal laws most certainly mean things, and provide the legal authority for conduct sanctioned by national or state authorities without regard to any promised judicial or prosecutorial discretion that could be likened to the signing statement. The NDAA now codifies the most controversial aspects of the Patriot Act, which “candidate” Obama publicly opposed. What changed?
Any person of reasonable sensibilities should be raising a multitude of questions upon considering the current and historical conduct of the executive and legislative branches of our government. It was the attack on 9/11 that ostensibly paved the way for the Bush administration to craft the USA PATRIOT Act, which was signed into law by congress on October 26, 2001. That legislation broadened law enforcement powers well beyond the rights granted to Americans by the U.S. Constitution. While many of the provisions in the PATRIOT Act were scheduled to end on December 31, 2005, the U.S. Senate passed a reauthorization bill containing numerous changes in July 2005, and the House of Representatives submitted a bill that kept most of the original bill intact. The largely unchanged bill passed a congressional vote on March 2, 2006, and was signed into law by George W. Bush.
Although the PATRIOT Act has gone through various subsequent incarnations, congress crafted, and Obama signed, a four-year extension last May, extending certain key provisions that particularly focused on businesses in the U.S. It is important to note that the manner and methods in which the U.S. government interprets and carries out the provisions of the PATRIOT Act are classified and kept secret from the American public, an issue rarely addressed by politicians or pundits. Why the secrecy?
One must also question the obvious continuity of agenda from the Bush administration to the Obama administration and from the congress seated in 2001 through today. Despite pro-Constitutional campaign rhetoric from both Republicans and Democrats, and the rapid acquiescence of some TEA party candidates who now occupy seats of power, it is obvious that the rights of Americans granted by the very Constitution elected officials swore to uphold are under attack. Why the change?
As one looks at the larger picture, pieces of the puzzle seem to become more recognizable.
Once thought to be the fanciful designs of the conspiracy-minded, there appears to be an acceleration toward one world governance or the infamous “New World Order.” It is an agenda that has been in place for decades, yet the politically myopic and the agent facilitators deliberately avoid any discussion of its existence. Exposure of this agenda has been hobbled by the merger of major news organizations into a half-dozen corporations that control what is reported. Even many who present themselves as purveyors of the truth decline to discuss the globalist agenda or are held hostage by big money contracts with editorial stipulations and controls.
While the attacks of 9/11 paved the way for the passage of the PATRIOT Act, what could explain the draconian legislation contained in the NDAA of 2012? Looking through the prism of current events, those with intellectual honesty can readily see events unfolding that would create conditions to necessitate its implementation.
Who could have predicted the economic crisis of 2008, just two months before the U.S. presidential election? Nearly everyone was aware of the agenda of the global elite. The economic crisis of 2008, an incident in which the banking elite used the specter of martial law to fund their global operations, landed a financial sucker punch on every American with the approval of congress. Using such phrases as “too big to fail,” banking giants, facilitated by the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury, and members of congress knowingly and deliberately defrauded the American public out of trillions of dollars, much of which remains unaccounted for despite dubious internal financial audit reports.
While the corporate media remain lapdogs for the banking and global elite and report recovery on the horizon, the real story has yet to be told by our media and elected officials. There is a controlled demolition of not only our national economy but the entire world economy. Look at the financial death throes of the European Union, which cannot survive, despite the best fiction from cable news economists hired to hide the truth from the masses. The consequential social upheaval will not be contained to Europe, nor will the economic apocalypse. Due to the Ponzi scheme created by the globalist bankers and government leaders from the Goldman Sachs bloodline, Americans will find themselves in financial turmoil unseen in modern history.
Perhaps it is for those who cannot seem to take their eyes off the shiny objects or camp out at big box stores for bargains on the latest and greatest electronic gadgets that the NDAA was crafted.
