Guest: Craig Sawyer, Vets For Child Rescue (https://vets4childrescue.org), joins Doug Hagmann to discuss a very disturbing issue regarding his entity’s operation in Millersville, TN. It is alleged that 71 arrest warrants issued by that police jurisdiction (as a result of a cooperative operation between V4CR and the local police) have been delayed due to a complaint filed by a television reporter from Channel 5 out of Nashville. Phil Williams, Chief Investigative Reporter for WTVF-TV, NewsChannel 5, allegedly filed a complaint with the TN Bureau of Investigation against the Millersville Police Department and is now demanding that Craig Sawyer answer a series of questions posed by Williams by the end of business today.
Craig Sawyer appeared today to answer Phil Williams’ questions, but also ask several of his own. First, we present the complete list of questions submitted by Craig Sawyer by Williams, which are embedded in an e-mail from Williams. We are presenting the entire email communication from Williams so readers have the full context of the communication, copied verbatim, minus any personal identifying information of V4CR staff:

If Mr. Sawyer interprets my request for an interview and opportunity for him to comment as a request for me to be interviewed by him or his allies, he is greatly mistaken. I am not interested in being interviewed by Mr. Sawyer nor any of his allies, nor am I interested in any sort of debate. Mr. Sawyer has falsely characterized my journalistic interest in Shawn Taylor and Millersville police as an “intent to obstruct justice” – not to mention his other numerous falsehoods about me – and I will not participate in his continuing effort to wage a propaganda war against me.
As noted in my communications with your organization, I am preparing a story and, in keeping with my responsibility to exercise due diligence, I am offering Mr. Sawyer an opportunity to answer MY questions before that story airs.
Below are the specific questions that I previously submitted to Mr. Sawyer and Mr. [REDACTED] in a separate email:
For the sake of transparency and to ensure that no one misconstrues the other, I would appreciate it if Mr. Sawyer or Mr. Sealey would answer these questions in writing by the end of business on Monday, August 19, 2024.
After V4CR has answered in writing, I would propose that we have a follow-up conversation about giving Mr. Sawyer an opportunity to provide the same answers via an on-camera Zoom interview.

The false equivalency between Hunter Biden being found guilty on three felony counts—in a case where longstanding laws were broken and ample, unassailable evidence was presented—will be used to legitimize the case against President Donald Trump. Trump, by contrast, was victimized by an overtly weaponized application of the law and politicized judicial malice.
This conviction will be used as a pathetic yet effective tactic against anyone who speaks out against the Trump verdict to normalize the most egregious weaponization of the judicial system for political purposes. “See, nobody is above the law,” some might say. Others might point out that Hunter Biden was convicted in a nearly all “blue” venue to negate the inflamed animus and political bias of President Trump’s Manhattan jury. The cases, however, have nothing whatsoever in common except for the political capital that the Left will employ in an intellectually dishonest public relations campaign targeting the most gullible and facilitated by the most complicit.
Consider that the 34 felony charges against President Trump were cobbled together in a Frankenstein-like fashion. Legal statutes were bastardized by a feral prosecution team consisting of a district attorney whose campaign platform was dedicated to the prosecution of a former president who was now the leading candidate for the oppositional party. Also included in this toxic mix of legal reprobates was Matthew Colangelo, a federal prosecutor who was dispatched to be the liaison between the state and the White House counsel. The case and its evolution required unprecedented deviance from established law and prosecutorial standards. It was an unnatural contortion of legal maneuvers that blatantly violated constitutional law to such an extent that the people and President Trump himself could not determine the actual charges against him until the jury was charged. Even then, the allegations were murky at best.
Contrast that with the monumental amount of evidence that supported the prosecution and conviction of Hunter Biden on the least of all possible criminal charges brought against him. Consider, too, that through the introduction and acceptance of the “laptop from hell” into evidence, the FBI covertly authenticated its legitimacy and inadvertently admitted its role in the pre-election conspiracy to pass it off as Russian disinformation, thus engaging in election interference. Fifty-one current and former intelligence community signatories to a propaganda tool, along with compliant media accomplices, must be held to legal account.
The most significant aspect of Hunter Biden’s criminal activity, however, exists in the severity of alleged crimes deliberately ignored, overlooked, and avoided by the US Justice Department. Potentially seditious and even treasonous activity involving the sale of access and influence at the highest levels of the Executive Branch through a series of shell companies for personal enrichment remains unaddressed.
Charging Hunter Biden with the lowest hanging fruit in a cornucopia of crimes served to deflect from those most damning and damaging to our Republic. Predictably, the Left will amplify the importance of the gun conviction to hide the more serious crimes committed by Hunter Biden then Vice President Biden, and the rest of the Biden crime family. It’s akin to a thief receiving a ticket for double parking his vehicle during a bank robbery.
The Hunter Biden conviction on a gun charge is that parking ticket. That much he could not avoid. The weight of evidence against him, including his own self-incrimination, was just too much to ignore. Savvy jurors had to know that a conviction on gun charges served the larger purpose of distracting from the Biden family’s larger crimes and reinforcing the Democrats’ “no person is above the law” narrative.
Compare the open and shut Biden case to the appeals-rich judicial conduct of Judge Merchan. By contorting the law he somehow transformed aged-out misdemeanors into felonies. Throw in a biased jury pool and numerous other legal anomalies, and throw out the whole concept of equal justice.
If the conservative Right falls for the diversionary tactics of the “Jacobins,” a descriptive term for the deep-state cabal I am borrowing from my mentor, author Jack Cashill, we will undoubtedly lose ground in our fight to restore our Republic. We must refrain from focusing on the shiny trinket of inescapable justice served on Hunter Biden, and demand justice for the greatest of all crimes perpetrated against our nation.

Jury selection in the sham Marxist-style case against President Donald J. Trump in the state of New York has been completed. The jury pool was limited to the island of Manhattan, which is one of the “bluest” areas in the entire US.

Voir Dire, literally translated “to speak the truth,” is the legal process where prospective jurors are questioned to assess whether they can be fair and impartial, free from any underlying biases, and rely only on the facts presented by the prosecution and defense in court.
Last week, a block of ninety-six-(96) people were brought before the court. Out of that pool, exactly half – forty-eight-(48) stated that they would not be able to be either fair or impartial and were immediately dismissed. The remaining 48 underwent the voir dire process of further questioning by both sides. Twelve-(12) jurors and six-(6) alternates were selected and agreed upon by both legal teams.

In a few months, it will be 5 years since the death of my son Joe, who died at the age of 36. I announced his death on air along with what was believed to be the cause and manner of his death. My announcement was based on the information I had at the time and some of it was proved wrong. I’ve learned from those mistakes, the first information is not always the correct information, and that often things are not always as they initially appear.
It is with a very heavy heart that I sit in front of our viewers and listeners to make yet another very sad announcement. Yesterday, Monday, I was notified that my oldest daughter Julie, Joe’s sister, was found dead, laying on the grass behind her house just after noon Eastern Time. It is important for me to stress that the circumstances surrounding her death remain undetermined at this time. I have been speaking with police detectives and will continue to do so until a complete resolution is reached.
As I’ve always attempted to be transparent with all of you, but to balance transparency with privacy, I will tell you only what we know at this moment in time.
Just after 7:30 p.m., Sunday evening, my daughter is believed to have left her house to run an errand. What happened next remains unclear, however when she failed to return home by 2:30 a.m., Monday morning, a missing person report was filed.
At approximately noon on Monday, Julie’s body was found when a neighbor noticed what appeared to be a person laying near the rear of the residence. It was the lifeless body of my daughter, who appeared to have been dead since the previous evening. Her body was determined to have been lying outside for at least 14 hours after her death.
A police investigation is ongoing and it’s not my place to comment on that investigation, as doing so might compromise any ongoing efforts. I am convinced – after speaking with one detective in particular, that this matter will be resolved. While I’d like to tell you more, I cannot. To avoid further speculation and maintain a proper level of privacy for my family, I must decline to provide any additional information. As you might imagine, our hearts are broken over this tragic loss.
I must point out that Julie was my oldest daughter. I’ve received several communications asking if she was Eric’s wife – Jackie – and, of course, it is not. Many of you met Jackie at a few conferences when she traveled with us. Again and to be perfectly clear, it was not Eric’s wife, but my oldest daughter Julie.
Lastly and as you might imagine, there are many things – time sensitive things – that require my immediate attention. Accordingly, I will not be on the air the rest of this week, but I expect to return on Monday. Meanwhile, updates, if applicable, will be posted on Hagmannpi.com
Considering the timing and sequence of planned events, and after very thoughtful conversations with my family, I intend to fulfill my obligation to speak at the conference in Wisconsin this Friday and Saturday as frankly, there will not be much more than I can do here. I made this decision based in part, on a quote from Winston Churchill, which seemed appropriate in this situation. “When you’re going through hell, don’t stop.” I’m not stopping.
In closing, it’s been a very difficult five years, and I cannot tell you how much your prayers and support mean to me, to us, and my family. I want to thank Eric the Tech and everyone who has reached out with condolences. I would name everyone, but I would not want to miss anyone whose kindness has touched us so deeply.
