I’ll make this very brief, for it’s not that complicated. Rowan County, Kentucky clerk Kim Davis broke no laws. In fact, she kept to her oath of office and upheld the Kentucky state Constitution by refusing to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples. Setting aside her Christian beliefs here, I ask anyone to show me the codified law of Rowan County or the state statute in which she has allegedly violated. It does not exist.
The “dirty little secret” that the Marxists, Communists and Fabian Socialists who have captured our nation desperately don’t want you to know is that Kim Davis executed her duties exactly as she was elected to do, for there is no law that permits Kim Davis or anyone in her office to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples. None! The Supreme Court opinion of June 26, 2015 does not trump the laws of the state or county and is not the law of the land – period.
Simply because political leaders and media pundits claim that the SCOTUS decision in the Obergefell case claim that “homosexual marriage” is “the law of the land” does not make it so, regardless how many times the lie is repeated in the captured corporate media.
Through judicial activism by black-robed terrorist federal judges, Kim Davis has been unlawfully imprisoned in the state of Kentucky. It is therefore incumbent upon that state’s highest elected official, the Governor of the state of Kentucky, to order her release immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of his oath to uphold his duties by enforcing the laws in his state.
The same applies to the sheriff of Rowan County, the highest elected official of the county, to uphold his oath of office and demand Ms. Davis’ release.
Alternatively, produce the codified state or county law that she has allegedly broken.
There is none.

If you think Friday’s Supreme Court decision was about equality or equal rights for the three percent of the American population (at the expense of the 97 percent), you couldn’t be more wrong. If you think that Friday’s decision has no impact on you because you don’t care what people do in the privacy of their bedrooms, you couldn’t be more wrong. If you think the homosexual agenda is about tolerance, diversity or other slick marketing buzzwords, you are not only wrong, but sorely misinformed, misguided or you are purposely facilitating a lie.
America has a huge problem right now. Multiple problems, in fact, but like the victims of a train wreck, we must do triage so we can apply treatment in order of importance. The blunt force trauma inflicted upon America by five rogue members of our judiciary, redefining marriage as a result of a highly potent cabal of activists intent on America’s destruction, certainly moves this problem up the list of importance.
In order to know how to fix the problem, however, you’ve got to know as much about the problem as possible. You need accurate information, not the spin of some morally bankrupt politician or the spin of agenda-driven talking heads who confine their discourse to the captive narrative of the archaic and completely fictitious right-left political paradigm. The next federal election will not solve our problems, for our problems are so threatening to our life and liberty, we might have the time.
As I’ve already suggested, those reveling in the rainbow of diversity and whose chests swell with pride at the luminous display at the seat of American power fall into one of two groups: the ignorant, misguided, brainwashed and/or spiritually, morally and selfishly decadent (i.e. unwitting dupes), or the facilitators of one of the biggest lies ever perpetrated on our nation. What we have witnessed is not the beginning of tolerance and diversity, but its unceremonious demise through the completion of one giant step in the orchestrated dismantling of our country that is part of a much larger plan. It is a critical and vitally important step toward the formation of a “new world order” that no “dignified” journalist or syndicated talk show host will ever acknowledge exists.
The destruction of the moral fabric of America was set in motion generations ago under not a rainbow flag, but a Communist flag. Who better to usher in this mortal wound to our nation than the Manchurian Marxist Messiah of mystery and dubious origin and his cabal of renegade abettors?
What we see taking place today might not have been completely stopped, but it might have been slowed had those who held the attention of Christian conservatives pressed the legitimate issue of the eligibility and allegiance of Barack Hussein Obama as a candidate for the highest office in America. Alas, it was not to be, as those most revered by the conservative right dutifully parroted the lie that the background, origin and constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, or Barry Soetoro, perhaps, was nothing but a distraction.
Over the din of their vocal objections, or in some instances, assurances and more lies, those of us in search of the unadulterated truth can hear the unmistakable sickening sound of our freedoms, liberties and rights Cheyne-Stoking as their traumatic death approaches. Yet, those who fought us then continue to dismiss us today. They adhere to a choreographed narrative that fits within the script of the big lie, and one that is as shrewdly narrow as it is factually shallow. For this, it appears, requires less intellectual aptitude of the entranced American than the necessary first steps of a full recovery would require.
Meanwhile, Americans are served their daily portion of the big lie – in this case, sold under the pretext of diversity and tolerance and illustrated by the silly mantra “love wins.” Love, much like equal rights, has absolutely nothing to do with the larger agenda of rending America’s moral fabric. Redefining marriage and the traditional family is a well-documented plank of the Communist takeover of America, a tactic to destroy our Constitutional Republic, and an admission requirement to enter a system of global government.
The activist homosexual agenda in America has its roots in Communism. On January 10, 1963, Representative A. S. Herlong, Jr. of Florida read 45 goals of Communism in America into the Congressional Record. Listed at #26 was to “present homosexuality, degeneracy, and promiscuity as normal, natural and healthy.” What was considered abhorrent behavior and a sin by all of the world’s major religions only a half-century ago is not only accepted and ostensibly “legitimized” today, but is being openly celebrated at the White House and state houses across America.
Why is virtually no one asking how approximately three-(3) percent of our population has seemingly succeeded in changing the moral and legal landscape for 97 percent of the population? How did this change happen so quickly? It nearly mirrors the meteoric rise of Barack Hussein Obama from a virtual unknown to the putative President.
The answers exist in history. The promotion of the fraudulent research of Alfred Kinsey, the highly organized and well-funded efforts of Marxist Harry Hays, founder of the Mattachine Society in 1950, the effective use of Hollywood and Madison Avenue, to the refinement of the homosexual agenda by homosexual activists Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen in the 1980’s – when they made public their very specific tactics in their book, After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the ‘90s, were all cogs in the larger mechanism designed to destroy the morality of America.
When you read the dissenting opinions of Justices Thomas and Scalia in last Friday’s SCOTUS decision, you will see some very chilling statements, including these from Justice Clarence Thomas (Please read and consider these in the context of the above):
“The Court’s decision today is at odds not only with the Constitution, but with the principles upon which our Nation was built. Since well before 1787, liberty has been understood as freedom from government action, not entitlement to government benefits.”
“Aside from undermining the political processes that protect our liberty, the majority’s decision threatens the religious liberty our Nation has long sought to protect.”
“Our Constitution—like the Declaration of Independence before it—was predicated on a simple truth: One’s liberty, not to mention one’s dignity, was something to be shielded from—not provided by—the State. Today’s decision casts that truth aside. In its haste to reach a desired result, the majority misapplies a clause focused on “due process” to afford substantive rights, disregards the most plausible understanding of the “liberty” protected by that clause, and distorts the principles on which this Nation was founded. Its decision will have inestimable consequences for our Constitution and our society.”
Many people believe that this ruling will remedy perceived injustices against a (falsely) significant segment of our population. These same people believe that this ruling marks the end of a long and arduous journey for equal rights. They are wrong, for this is merely the end of the beginning. The global activists, the Marxists and Communists propelling this agenda don’t care about rights, despite the pretty packaging. There is no pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.
Having been empowered by SCOTUS, enablers and abettors at the Executive branch and others in power, they are now “all in” to complete the destruction of our nation. The agenda is as big as the lie.
Barring any immediate intervention and unified civil disobedience, what will follow will be exponentially worse to what will be left of our nation. Unless immediate action is taken, the mortal blow that was delivered to our country last week will become fatal.
It is imperative that we understand the depth, breadth and scope of the lie and the globalist, Communist agenda behind it. It is important we identify the agents of destruction. They, and their agenda, must be fully exposed.
Alternatively, the Cheyne-Stoke respirations of our liberties and freedoms we (still) enjoy under our Constitutional Republic will cease. Not because of their recovery, however, but due to their death.
Pray. Prepare.

Designated by Congress as the “National House of Prayer” and often identified as the church of our national leaders, the National Cathedral in Washington DC celebrated Wednesday’s Supreme Court decisions regarding same-sex marriage by ringing its bells for 45 minutes at noon ET, followed by a celebratory prayer service that evening.
After being notified of the Supreme Court’s ruling, our putative president made a congratulatory call from Air Force One to the plaintiffs in California’s Proposition 8 case, a call that was also broadcast on MSNBC, the unofficial mouthpiece for the administration.
Those who have been paying attention to the systematic attacks on the moral fabric of our nation understand that what is taking place in America has absolutely nothing to do with “equal rights” or “gender equality.” This should be especially evident in light of the fact that homosexuals comprise a mere three percent of our population yet have somehow managed to cause an entire nation to redefine traditional marriage between a man and a woman. How is this possible? The answer lies in the larger picture.
America has become a captured operation. Forced acceptance of same-sex unions is part of a larger plan that was outlined and detailed nearly a century ago by Antonio Gramsci, a well-known Marxist. Through his theory of cultural hegemony, a method for a Marxist takeover of a capitalist nation like the United States was only possible from within. A key component to this takeover was – and continues to be – radically changing the culture and moral sensitivities of our country. Destroy traditional and sacred moral values based on Judeo-Christian principles and replace them with immoral and un-Godly laws and evil disguised as tolerance.
For clarification purposes, a brief definition of terms is warranted. Socialism calls for government control of industry, including nationalizing key industries and national resources. The terms Communism and Marxism are interchangeable and are hard-core forms of socialism. Progressives themselves take on various forms of Socialism and Marxism or Communism. The larger picture, however, is that Socialism, Marxism, and Communism are mere stepping stones to the larger agenda of a unified world or system of global governance.
The Gramsci model is explained in great detail in two books of critical importance, The Naked Communist by W. Cleon Skousen and The Naked Truth (The Naked Communist Revisited) by James C. Bowers. Both books focus on the forty-five Communist goals first published in 1958. Many of the 45 goals have been accomplished with little to no resistance, right in front of our eyes, by our self-proclaimed moral leadership.
A very important aspect of those goals focuses on breaking down all cultural standards of morality, including promoting all forms of homosexuality, promiscuity, and degeneracy as “normal and healthy.” To assist with this task, all religious institutions were and are to be infiltrated by those adherent to the Marxist-Communist mindset, the Holy Bible is to be discredited, and traditional doctrine replaced by a mandate of inclusion and tolerance of behavior which was once considered abhorrent. Removing the Judeo-Christian obstacles in America would sufficiently soften the population to the ultimate acceptance of a global mindset and, ultimately, the subjugation to a single global authority. This process, however, could not be done overnight as the Americans of the 1950s would never accept it or allow it to happen.
The children of the United States were and are considered to be one of the most important “resources” for the takeover of America. Accordingly, schools had to be infiltrated by the agents of the Marxists-Communist mindset, today called the Progressives, and the children’s minds “prepared” or educated in accordance with tolerance and blind acceptance toward Marxism and Communism.
It is no wonder, then, that today most people who have been educated and are of age have no idea that for years, it was illegal to import anything into the United States produced in Communist China.* It is no wonder that the U.S. educational system from the 1960s forward has promoted immorality under the guise of tolerance and has not only allowed but forced parents to accept curriculums of abhorrent behavior and be permitted to pollute the minds of our young people.
At the same time, curriculums of moral corruption are being taught in our schools, and the removal of God was necessary as it is antithetical to the debauchery of tolerance and acceptance. Like cancer, this process has spread not only through our public elementary and secondary schools but exponentially into our colleges and universities. Examples of such “luminaries” include Bill Ayers, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and others who openly embrace Lucifer (yes, Lucifer – The Saul Alinsky book Rules for Radicals was dedicated to Lucifer) and eugenicist Margaret Sanger as role models.
As we are busy working multiple jobs just to put food on the table, we have been deliberately distracted away from what is being taught to our children.
We Americans have pushed the “snooze” button on our alarm clocks once too often, and the many who have just awakened to the bells at the National Cathedral – consider that to be the final alarm of the snooze cycle. The normalization of homosexual marriage is a sin against God and nature and, historically, one that does not go unpunished. We did not, however, arrive here overnight.
It was in 1986, a mere 27 years ago, that the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the state’s rights to enact sodomy laws in the landmark case of Bowers v. Hardwick. Citing then Chief Justice Warren Burger, “To hold that the act of homosexual sodomy is somehow protected as a fundamental right would be to cast aside millennia of moral teaching.” That fragile thread of morality lasted only 17 years. In 2003, Bowers v. Hardwick was overturned by the Supreme Court in Lawrence v. Texas, which struck down the sodomy law in Texas and, by extension, invalidated sodomy laws in other states (as cited in Wikipedia).
Although it was contended at the time that the latter case had nothing to do with same-sex marriage, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia astutely saw through the smoke screen and, during oral arguments, flatly admonished anyone who would listen that the decision would open the floodgates toward the recognition of same-sex marriage. And so it did.
Legalizing same-sex sexual activity and marriage is but one of the numerous attacks against America from within. Along with the Balkanization of America through the passage of amnesty to illegal aliens, the Communist-Marxist Progressives have set us on an irreversible path to the destruction of our national sovereignty and moral heritage for the larger goal of a single global system of governance and finance. Superintending over this destruction is none other than Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro.
To those American conservatives who considered talk of his eligibility to be nothing more than a distraction at the time of his arrival on the national political scene, I would ask you to consider just how far down the path of self-destruction we have come under his reign. Perhaps you can call a friend, make a presentation, or blog post about your outrage over the Supreme Court decisions this week that paved the way for homosexual unions to be the norm. That is, of course, if you dare, with the NSA conducting surveillance of you and the IRS watching your every move.
Standing outside the National Cathedral on Wednesday, you heard the bell toll and perhaps wondered why, or how, or for whom the bell tolled. Well, it tolls for us – all of us who dare to want our nation, our morals, and our “norms” back.
